Good 'armário de cozinha'

Purchased an 'armário de cozinha'. Arrived on time. Assembly was simple. Quality is as expected. Looks good in my kitchen.

Got my new 'cama de solteiro'

Ordered a 'cama de solteiro' for my kid's room. It got here pretty fast, like, faster than I thought it would. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the pictures. The bed seems good, sturdy enough for a kid. No complaints really, it was an easy buy and it looks fine.

Decent desk, some issues

I ordered a mesa de escritório from Carraro a few weeks back. The delivery was fairly quick, actually came within the estimated window, which was good. The desk itself is pretty sturdy and looks nice, especially for the price I paid. However, one of the corners had a tiny chip on it when it arrived, nothing major enough to return it, but still a little disappointing. Assembly was manageable, though some of the instructions could have been clearer. Overall, it's a functional piece, but they could improve their packaging or quality check a bit.

Good value overall

I bought a guarda-roupa de solteiro during their 'Saldão Carraro' event. I was looking for something affordable but decent, and this fit the bill. Got a good discount on it, I think it was around 20% off the original price, plus I paid with PIX for an extra 5% off. The shipping cost wasn't too bad either. For a first-time buyer like me, it felt like a solid purchase and I saved a good chunk of change.

Another solid purchase

This was my third time ordering from Carraro, this time I got an 'estante para livros'. Just like my previous orders for a 'balcão de cozinha' and a 'mesa de escritório', everything arrived well-packed and in good condition. The assembly instructions are consistently clear, and the quality for ready-to-assemble furniture is reliable. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect. No surprises, just good, functional pieces that are easy to put together.

Absolutely loved my new rack!

Just received my 'rack para tv' and it's perfect! The assembly was straightforward, and it looks fantastic in my living room. I'm so happy with this purchase, and the price was great too. I'm definitely shopping here again, and I've already told my friends about Carraro!

Good quality, delivery issues

I ordered a 'guarda-roupa de casal' and a 'cômoda' during their 'Semana do Consumidor' sale. The website was easy enough to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. Delivery took about 15 business days, which was a bit longer than the 10-12 days stated, and the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently. When the items arrived, one of the boxes for the wardrobe was slightly damaged on a corner, but thankfully, the contents inside were fine. The furniture itself is quite sturdy for ready-to-assemble pieces, and the instructions were clear enough for my husband and I to put everything together without too much trouble. The finish on both pieces is consistent and looks good in our bedroom. Customer support was a little slow to respond when I inquired about the delivery delay, taking about three days to get back to me. Overall, I'm happy with the furniture's quality for the price, but the delivery experience could use some improvement.

Rack looks great!

I got the rack para tv a couple weeks ago and it's perfect. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, even for me. Looks really good in the living room, just what I wanted.

Decent 'mesa de jantar', but slow support

I bought a 'mesa de jantar' with four chairs. The set arrived well-packaged, and the quality is pretty good for the price point. Assembly was manageable, though some of the pre-drilled holes could have been a little cleaner. My only real gripe was with customer service. I had a question about one of the chair leg attachments and it took a few days to get a helpful response. The table itself is solid, looks nice, and feels like it will hold up. Just wish the support was a bit quicker to respond to inquiries. Value for money is there, but they could improve their communication speed.
